1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 54db. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 54db platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully accept these terms. These terms are binding regardless of whether you access the platform via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device.

54db reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To create an account and use the 54db platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 54db platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

KYC Verification

54db applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to safeguard the integrity of the platform and comply with applicable anti-fraud standards. You may be requested to submit supporting documents including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document) issued within the last 90 days.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted on the 54db platform using your account credentials will be attributed to you. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Policy

Deposits are processed in real time where technically possible. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Each promotion is available to one account per household, IP address, or device. Bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture and account suspension.

8. Account Suspension & Closure
